Summary
Gainwell Technologies is a company focused on helping organizations improve healthcare operations through technology and collaborative solutions. The Early Career Business Analyst - Strategic Operation will support ITO Delivery leadership through strategic initiatives, operational excellence, data analytics, dashboards, KPI measurement, executive communications, planning, forecasting, and business request management.
Responsibilities
- Power BI reporting and data visualization, supporting ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO) intake and workflow optimization
- Creating impactful executive presentations and communications
- Managing leadership staff meetings and action tracking
- Coordinating strategic planning sessions and offsite workshops
- Supporting PI supply and demand forecasting
- Managing a variety of CTO / ITO business requests including status reporting, accomplishments, goals and objectives, and budget-related activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and tools such as Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting/programming languages
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Fully remote office from Contiguous US locations only
- Limited travel, approximately every other month, will be required to support leadership workshops, planning sessions, and strategic organizational events
Qualifications
Must Haves
