Job description
Summary
Gainwell Technologies is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of vulnerable communities through innovative technology solutions. As a Cloud Application Support professional, you will provide application and operations support for cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance while collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Setup environments, deploy, and maintain applications in cloud environments
- Work closely with development and other support teams to troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure related issues
- Collaborate with end users to address application support needs and provide technical assistance
- Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service delivery enhancements
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in IT Support Services, Operations, and Project/Program Management
- Cloud and infrastructure expertise, including AWS and/or Azure, SSL Certificate Management, Firewall Maintenance, and Disaster Recovery
- Security and incident management experience, including Operational and Security Event Monitoring, Incident Response, OS Patching, and Security Software Updates
- Application and database support knowledge, including Operations Support, Database administration, and .NET C# Development
- InRule
- Appian
- Business Intelligence Tools such as SSRS and SSIS
Qualifications
Must Haves
