Summary
Garner Health is transforming the U.S. healthcare system by helping employers improve care quality and reduce healthcare costs through clinical data, incentives, and AI. The Enterprise Business Development Representative will own initial outreach to targeted accounts and partners, generate qualified meetings and pipeline, test outbound strategies, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Garner's revenue organization
- Test outbound playbooks, messaging, and channels, since this motion is new and continuing to evolve
- Research target accounts and multi-thread into key stakeholders to find and engage the real decision-maker
- Push past initial rejection and gatekeepers to get executive-level conversations booked, treating a "no" as the start of the conversation, not the end
- Collaborate closely with sales partners on target accounts, handoffs, and account strategy
- Partner with marketing to test and refine messaging and offers based on what's actually converting in market
- Track and report on all outreach and pipeline activity in Salesforce, using that data to help shape the evolving playbook
