Job description

Summary

BetterHelp is an online therapy service focused on making mental health care more accessible. The Provider Acquisition Specialist will recruit licensed therapists to join its network, manage onboarding coordination through communications and follow-ups, and optimize provider acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

  • You will recruit licensed therapists to join the BetterHelp network to work with insurance clients.
  • You will manage this process through emails, phone appointments, follow-up calls, text messages, and working with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team to complete the onboarding process successfully
  • You will continually strive to optimize our processes

Skills

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales, recruiting or SDR role in a quota carrying performance based environment
  • Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to convert datasets into digestible insights and actionable decisions
  • Comfortable with a high volume of calls, emails, appointments, and follow-up tasks
  • Ability to manage tasks independently without constant direct supervision
  • Comfortable working with tech software such as Outreach.io, Hubspot, and GSuite
  • Candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply
  • We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships
  • Experience selling to providers (doctors, nurses, therapists, specialists) or recruiting providers is strongly preferred
