Summary

Globe Life is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Phone Booker to support its recruiting process. The role involves making outbound calls, scheduling and confirming candidate appointments, maintaining records, and communicating with candidates while working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in our opportunities
  • Confirm candidate interest and answer basic scheduling questions
  • Schedule appointments using our online calendar system
  • Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate notes and update candidate records in our recruiting system
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving efficiently

  • • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
  • • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
  • • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
  • • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
  • • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
  • This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, recruiting, scheduling, call center operations, administrative support, or sales is helpful—but not required
