Summary
Go Abacus is seeking an Enterprise Client Advisory Account Associate to serve as the day-to-day partner for a small number of large enterprise accounts. The role owns client relationships from onboarding through steady-state operations, leading deployments, training, adoption tracking, issue resolution, and recurring business reviews in complex and regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a small number of enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships across executive sponsors, business owners, compliance stakeholders, and end users
- Develop deep working knowledge of each client's business, regulatory environment, and internal systems landscape
- Partner with client stakeholders to identify pain points, define AI use cases, document requirements, and map data sources for integration
- Lead onboarding across multiple departments and user groups, sequencing rollout to account for competing priorities and internal dependencies
- Manage deployment timelines and production readiness activities, coordinating across client IT, security, and infrastructure teams
- Build and deliver role-specific training for varied audiences, from analysts to executives
- Track adoption and usage patterns; run structured feedback cycles and translate client input into prioritized product requests
- Triage and escalate technical issues, maintaining ownership of resolution through closure
- Prepare and lead recurring business reviews covering progress against milestones, open risks, and expansion opportunities
- Maintain account documentation including stakeholder maps, deployment status, and issue logs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, sciences, or a related field
- 4+ years in client services, consulting, account management, or implementation, including direct experience supporting enterprise or highly regulated clients
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements through to delivery
- Comfort navigating client organizations with layered decision-making and formal governance processes
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-facing communication
- Action-oriented with strong judgment, follow-through, and comfort operating with ambiguity
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and coachable
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage difficult conversations with poise
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Experience in banking, healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment, integrations, or IT environments
- Exposure to AI/ML products or compliance technology
