Summary

The Business Systems Engineer - GUS role supports enterprise software systems and end-to-end business processes, including SAP configuration, system integrations, application development, documentation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and configure enterprise software systems to support end-to-end business processes
- Design and implement integrations between enterprise systems using APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP) to enable secure data exchange
- Prepare functional specifications, process flow documentation, and technical configuration documents supporting enterprise software implementations
- Configure SAP enterprise systems supporting supply chain planning, inventory planning, and materials management
- Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications including writing program code, preparing technical documentation, and troubleshooting production system incidents
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel required for project Go Live, support and learning
- Must live near a major airport
- Up to 100% remote work allowed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related field plus 2 years of related experience
- Will accept any level of experience in the following skills: Analyze business requirements and configure enterprise software systems to support end-to-end business processes; Design and implement integrations between enterprise systems using APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP) to enable secure data exchange; Prepare functional specifications, process flow documentation, and technical configuration documents supporting enterprise software implementations; Configure SAP enterprise systems supporting supply chain planning, inventory planning, and materials management; Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications including writing program code, preparing technical documentation, and troubleshooting production system incidents
