Business Systems Intern

Summary

Greystar is a global real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in rental housing. The Business Systems Intern will support Customer Success initiatives involving marketing, legal compliance, system integration, reporting, and data analytics while developing project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support national and regional marketing, legal compliance, system integration, custom reporting and data analytic teams
• Participate in meeting planning and presentation / collateral creation
• Respond quickly and accurately to internal customer inquiries
• Collaborate with team, bringing a fresh perspective, to creatively solve problems
• Work independently to complete capstone project and presentation

Skills

• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
• Pursing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems
• Curiosity and a desire to learn
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot
• Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics
• High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
• Project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor progress, meet production and delivery deadlines

Qualifications
