Summary
Emplify Health is a not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network formed through a partnership between Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System. The Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst will evaluate, implement, optimize, and support AI-powered applications and automation solutions that improve healthcare workflows and patient care. The role collaborates with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to identify improvements, deploy emerging technologies, and provide ongoing application support.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled applications and automation solutions
- Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to identify workflow improvement opportunities
- Analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions
- Assist with the evaluation, testing, configuration, and deployment of new AI tools and technologies
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing application support
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies
- Stay current on emerging trends in artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, and automation
Skills
- * **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
- * **Experience**: 4+ years of professional experience
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex workflows
- * Ability to think critically, challenge traditional approaches, and develop creative solutions to business and operational problems
- * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- * Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferred
- * Prior experience working with Epic applications and healthcare systems preferred
- * Experience with Epic AI capabilities, generative AI solutions, or other AI-powered technologies is highly desired
- * Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, AI workflow platforms, or other automation technologies is a plus
