Job description

Summary

Gundersen Health System is a mission-driven healthcare organization providing patient-centered care across the Midwest. The Application Analyst – Epic Grand Central (ADT) supports and optimizes Epic scheduling and patient access solutions, troubleshoots application issues, monitors system performance, and partners with clinical, operational, and technical teams on enhancements and implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support
  • Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency
  • Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations
  • Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity
  • Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations

Skills

  • • Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
  • • Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • • Certifications: Epic Grand Central certification is required upon hire
  • • Strong analytical and problem solving experience
  • • Strong understanding of scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows
  • • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with operational stakeholders
  • • Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly
