Corporate Distribution Analyst

Summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Distribution Analyst to support the distribution team across its independent hotel portfolio. The role maintains, audits, and optimizes revenue management and reservation systems, manages technical support requests, collaborates with vendors and internal teams, and provides training and documentation to improve system performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all systems, specifically in channel and segmentation data
• Manage a ticketing support system to log, track, and prioritize incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with all parties involved
• Conduct regular audits of revenue management and reservation systems, including Duetto Revenue Management System, iHotelier Central Reservation System, Synxis Central Reservation System and Infor HMS Property Management System, to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration between different platforms
• Provide training and support to hotel staff on the effective use of reservation and revenue management systems, including best practices, workflows, and troubleshooting techniques
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials to facilitate ongoing system support and user education
• Generate reports and performance metrics to evaluate system performance, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ticket resolution, system uptime, and user satisfaction
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and optimize system configurations to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct promotional audits to ensure compliance and accuracy with Ecommerce efforts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field
• Familiarity with ticketing support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and experience managing support queues and prioritizing tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in system auditing and documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery
• Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard
• Remote schedule
• Proficiency in Duetto Revenue Management System, iHotelier Central Reservation System, and Infor HMS Property Management System is highly desirable

Qualifications

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field
