HireCare Services is dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with healthcare organizations. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in sourcing and engaging qualified healthcare professionals to help clients build outstanding teams.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, and engage qualified healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and states
- Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and client organizations
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals and support client staffing needs
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Skills
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting or recruiting healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, and hiring best practices
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
