Summary

Honeywell Aerospace is a global aviation technology company developing systems that improve aircraft navigation, efficiency, and operations. The Information Systems, IT & Data Science Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting IT solutions, cybersecurity initiatives, and data analysis projects that enhance technological capabilities and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of IT solutions that meet business needs
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives by analyzing security protocols and recommending improvements
  • Collaborate with data science teams to analyze data and contribute to actionable insights

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Data Science, IT, Cyber Security or similar field
  • Must graduate December 2027 or later
  • Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
  • Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
  • Honeywell Aerospace is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Foundational business acumen and desire to improve your business knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams to meet expectations of internal and external customers
  • Passion for using, developing, evaluating, and learning about new technologies
