Job description

Summary

H&R Block is a tax services company focused on helping clients and communities through human expertise and digital innovation. The Advisor, Field Planning Experience supports operational initiative implementation by partnering with tax office leaders, facilitating communication, gathering field feedback, coordinating pilots, and identifying opportunities to improve execution, adoption, and client and associate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with tax office leaders to support operational initiatives, readiness activities, and implementation efforts
  • Gather and synthesize feedback on processes, tools, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support project execution by validating readiness, tracking action items, and helping address barriers to success
  • Facilitate communication between operational leaders and corporate teams to clarify expectations and resolve questions
  • Identify and share best practices that help improve consistency and operational effectiveness across tax offices
  • Coordinate pilot programs and testing activities by supporting participation, monitoring execution, and collecting feedback
  • Assist with change enablement activities, including readiness resources, leader engagement, and implementation support
  • Monitor adoption trends and operational performance to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to feedback, concerns, successes, and follow-up actions
  • Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement activities that support future initiatives and planning efforts

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
  • 3-5 years experience delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment or similar
