Summary
HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler is seeking an Authorized Inspector. The provided job description focuses on supporting Business Management for alternative assets through project coordination, reporting, data processing, data quality management, process optimization, and presentation development.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des Teams Business Management Alternatives im Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung bei Projektarbeit (Terminkoordination, Protokollierung) mit abwechslungs-reichen Inhalten
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Erstellung von Reportings sowie Datenverarbeitung und dem Datenqualitätsmanagement im Bereich Controlling
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen im Geschäftsbereich Alternative Assets; beim Normenmanagement sowie der Überarbeitung von Normen
- Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen
Skills
- • Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem Studium mit quantitativem Schwerpunkt
- • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Kenntnisse in PowerBI, MS SharePoint, CoPilot und Power Automate von Vorteil
- • Analytisches Denken und Affinität zur Arbeit mit Daten
- • Strukturierte, selbstständige, sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- • Großes Interesse an alternativen Assetklassen (Real Estate Infrastructure Debt, Infrastructure Equity und Natural Capital), Motivation Neues zu lernen und gute Teamfähigkeit
- • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mind. C1
