Intelligent Automation Engineer - RPA Automation Anywhere

Summary

ICONMA is recruiting for a banking company seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer specializing in RPA Automation Anywhere. The role develops, tests, deploys, supports, and improves automation solutions while integrating systems, collaborating with stakeholders, participating in Agile delivery, and ensuring compliance with security and change-management standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs
• Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems
• Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios
• Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management
• Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
• Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively
• Possess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns
• Complies with all client policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of client clients and client

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Hands on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform
• Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies
• Understanding system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling
• Working knowledge of process engineering software systems
• Leverage platforms to rapidly develop and deploy business solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to successfully facilitate meetings – including information sharing and call to action outcomes
• Troubleshoot issues by gathering, interpreting and analyzing data and recommending solutions
• Analytical thinker and problem-solver
• Ability to use tools to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• Support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently
• Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
• Staying current with emerging technologies and continuously improving solution design
• Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI
• Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry
