Strategy & Operations Intern

Summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is a healthcare management consulting firm providing advisory, implementation, and optimization services to healthcare organizations. The Healthcare Strategy and Operations Intern will support strategic healthcare transformation projects through operational improvement research, client deliverables, project coordination, and solution development.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes
• Support research efforts including data collection, benchmarking, and industry analysis
• Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings to observe and contribute to solution development
• Assist with project coordination tasks such as tracking milestones and preparing updates
• Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge sharing and methodology development
• Learn consulting best practices and tools used in strategy and operations projects
