Job description

Summary

Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products, and they are seeking a Project Manager, Associate to support the successful delivery of cloud-based hospitality software implementation projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple hospitality software implementation projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, budgets, and customer objectives are successfully achieved
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables while partnering with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive successful execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Communicate project status to customers and internal stakeholders through regular status reports, dashboards, meetings, and executive updates
  • Lead customer-facing project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-up on key deliverables
  • Support global resource planning by forecasting project needs, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring accurate billable time tracking
  • Maintain project documentation, client invoicing, billing records, and financial tracking to support operational efficiency and revenue recognition
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent projects while delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced global environment

Skills

  • Experience supporting Hospitality Management System (HMS) implementations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while effectively prioritizing work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Organizational, time management, and communication skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and building client relationships
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and accountability for project execution, resource coordination, billing accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; prior experience with resource scheduling or team coordination is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time based on business requirements
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience supporting Hospitality Management System (HMS) implementations
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; PMP or other project management certifications are preferred
  • Experience coordinating multiple small-to-mid-sized implementation projects in a high-volume, customer-focused delivery environment
  • Problem-solving, customer service, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
