Summary
Inspekt AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing property inspections through cutting-edge AI and computer vision technologies. They are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to support internal IT infrastructure, assist with technical project operations, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of technical aspects in inspection projects
- Maintain internal IT systems, accounts, access permissions, and cloud-based tools
- Create and maintain internal documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical workflows
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configurations, and security
- Work closely with system engineers, developers, and project managers to provide technical support
- Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and security
Skills
- Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar)
- Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud services)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
