Job description
Summary
INSPYR Solutions delivers flexible technology and talent solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives and cultural needs. The Product Designer will own UX and design quality across multiple AI-powered products, conduct user research and usability testing, create product designs and prototypes, and maintain shared design systems while contributing to lightweight front-end experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own UX/design quality across multiple AI-powered
- Conduct structured user research and usability testing and translate findings into product recommendations
- Create wireframes, specs, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Own visual identity, graphics, illustrations and internal product launch materials
- Build and maintain a shared design system/component library across the product portfolio
- Contribute directly to lightweight front-end experiences through vibe coding and work independently across multiple concurrent projects
