Responsibilities

• Design and conduct qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to deliver clear, actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development
• Present research results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
• Maintain research documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the research process

Skills

• The person should have 3-5 years experience in qualitative research, with demonstrated skills in moderation and analysis
• - Proven experience in UX research, including multiple qualitative methodologies
• - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• - Familiarity with industry-standard research tools and techniques
• - Must be authorized to work in the United States
