Summary
Integral Health is a behavioral health company focused on making integrated behavioral healthcare accessible and part of everyday care. The Healthcare Billing & Revenue Analyst will own the monthly billing close, validate submissions, reconcile payer payments, prepare partner invoices, improve AI-assisted billing workflows, and identify revenue leakage.
Responsibilities
- Run the monthly billing close: turn clinical activity data into clean, submission-ready billing for every partner practice

- Reconcile payer payments against expected amounts and chase down discrepancies
- Produce each partner's monthly invoice and supporting summaries
- Maintain and improve our billing workbooks and AI-assisted workflows
- Flag revenue leakage and propose fixes
