Summary
Jerry.ai is a profitable, AI-powered technology company building an advisor to manage customers’ physical assets, including cars, homes, and motorcycles. The Product Manager, Growth will own the customer journey from first impression through purchase, leading improvements across acquisition, signup, quote shopping, and cross-product integration. The role partners with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Leadership to identify opportunities and deliver high-impact products.
Responsibilities
- Own landing pages, signup funnels, app download pages, including simplifying the user flow (insurance shopping is very complex and requires a lot of data inputs from the customer), personalizing the experience by user persona and marketing channel, building trust through designing delightful and helpful communication, copy and UI, etc
- Own quote shopping, including improving the display of complex information to our customers without cognitive overload, integrating different insurance carriers (who all model risk and behave differently) into simple user experiences, balancing the needs and goals of our customers and our insurance carrier partners
- Integrating other products (e.g., roadside assistance, home insurance, property tax appeals, motorcycle insurance, etc) into our car insurance shopping funnel
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations
