Summary
Common CENTS™ Solutions is a provider of enterprise hospitality solutions for healthcare, senior living, and business dining organizations. The Project and Implementation Specialist is responsible for system implementations, on-site installations, hardware staging, training, and completing project deliverables with Project Managers. The role also involves customer communication, escalation management, and up to 50% on-site travel.
Responsibilities
- Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services
- Embrace new and innovative ways of implementing product and services strategy, shaping CCS as an effective and modern provider providing solutions that are expected by contemporary customers
- Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on incidents that are escalated
- Address escalations from other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- 2+ years' experience in a professional services role with an understanding of the fundamentals of training and implementation processes
- Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude and a sense of vision and purpose
- The desire to learn new things and evolve in competencies in different areas
- Proven track record for the ability to advance problem solving and multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with varied types of people (customers, vendors, colleagues, prospects) in a broad range of circumstances
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with active listening skills
- Patience, flexibility, and the ability to effectively problem solve, at times under pressure
- Illustrates a strong sense of integrity and trust
- A valid Driver's License is required for this position
- Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus
