Summary
Jones, Skelton & Hochuli is a law firm that defends clients across multiple industries in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. The firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least three years of experience to support litigation matters through medical record preparation, expert coordination, document gathering, disclosure statements, billing, and document review.
Responsibilities
- Candidates must have a strong litigation background dealing with the preparation of medical record chronologies and summaries, meetings with experts, gathering documents for expert review, and disclosure statements
Skills
- Candidates must have a strong litigation background dealing with the preparation of medical record chronologies and summaries, meetings with experts, gathering documents for expert review, and disclosure statements
- Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience in billing their time in a legal billing system, knowledge of State and Federal Court Rules, along with experience in heavy document review
- Candidates must be highly motivated and have a stable work history, exceptional communication, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- JSH is growing and seeking candidates with 3+ years of paralegal experience to join our Team
- Experience with Relativity, knowledge of expert witnesses, and insurance defense practice experience, along with having received a paralegal certificate would be a plus
