Job description

Summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is a national creditor rights law firm focused on ethics, compliance, and legal representation in debt collection. The Litigation Operations Assistant will review, process, analyze, and enter litigation documents while coordinating with branch offices to resolve errors and ensure accurate processing.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process litigation documents from multiple states
  • Data entry for litigation-specific documents
  • Analysis of state-specific matrix to ensure accurate and complete processing
  • Communicate with Branch Offices in each state when errors need correction or where clarification is required to effectively process litigation documents
  • Basic scanning and copying
  • Comply with all applicable standard operating procedures set forth by the Firm and its clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Litigation Operations Team
