Job description
Summary
JWay Group, Inc. is seeking a talented QA Engineer for a full-time remote opportunity. In this role, you will review and provide feedback on work for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform unit, UI/UX, defect, system and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites
- Design, develop, document, and implement QA processes company wide
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered
- Create and document test cases and scripts for larger projects including end-to-end eCommerce site launches
- Perform additional testing as needed with other vendor applications and other Salesforce Clouds
- Contribute to an ongoing process of improving test efficiency and accuracy by influencing process, tool, and infrastructure improvements
- Participate in team meetings, working with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers
Skills
- Minimum of 4 years experience with QA
- Experience with testing ecommerce platform/s
- Firm grasp of Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and extensions
- Ability to switch between clients and projects quickly
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with a team or on your own
- Able to think critically and adapt quickly within a dynamic environment
- Experience doing QA testing in SFCC (formerly Demandware) environments including familiarity with Business Manager
- Minimum of 2 + years of experience specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, roles, and work in an agile environment is a plus
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or other defect tracking systems
