Summary
Klarity is a rapidly growing enterprise platform that utilizes AI to enhance operational insights for businesses. They are seeking an AI Frontend Engineer who is eager to learn and grow at the intersection of product design and frontend engineering, contributing to the development of intuitive AI-native workflows.
Responsibilities
- Ship real features used by Fortune 500 customers - Build production UI components, integrate with backend APIs, and contribute to features that ship to real users. You'll get code reviews and mentorship from senior engineers
- Learn to build scalable front-end systems - Work within existing component libraries and patterns, contributing new components and learning best practices for state management, API integration, and performance optimization
- Collaborate across design and engineering - Work with designers to implement their vision and with backend engineers to understand what's possible. You'll learn how to balance technical constraints with user experience goals
- Grow your craft rapidly - You'll work directly with senior engineers on real problems, getting hands-on experience with AI-powered workflows, enterprise-scale applications, and modern frontend architecture
Skills
- 1-2 years of shipping production code (or exceptional new grads with strong portfolios)
- Strong frontend fundamentals with design sensibility
- Comfortable with React and have built real projects
- Understand the basics of component architecture
- Excited to learn the nuances of performance optimization and advanced patterns
- Familiar with modern web technologies
- Worked with React, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind
- Eager to learn best practices and write cleaner code every day
