Summary
Ladgov Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Guam Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion. The role provides administrative and document-processing support for enlistment waiver packets, applicant records, recruiting coordination, reporting, and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, process, and track enlistment waiver packets for accuracy and completeness
- Scan, organize, and maintain required applicant and waiver documentation
- Coordinate waiver information and supporting documents with Recruiting and Retention personnel
- Conduct administrative interviews and provide applicants with required documentation instructions
- Maintain waiver tracking records and prepare required monthly status reports
- Communicate waiver requirements and policy updates to recruiting personnel
- Route waiver packets for required approvals and update waiver-processing SOPs as needed
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, phone calls, scheduling, research, and preparation of briefing materials

- Ability to work independently while coordinating with Recruiting and Retention personnel
- Ability to work on-site during the required Monday–Friday schedule
- Ability to travel locally using a privately owned vehicle when necessary
