Fullstack Engineer (Talent pool)

Summary

They are seeking experienced Fullstack Engineers to contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, working on both frontend and backend development, as well as collaborating closely with product managers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Build responsive and accessible web applications
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Design and maintain database schemas
• Build modern interfaces using React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Focus on performance, usability, accessibility, and maintainability
• Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Identify performance and scalability bottlenecks
• Contribute to cloud deployments and monitoring
• Improve developer tooling and engineering processes

Skills

• 3–6 years of professional Fullstack Engineering experience
• Strong experience with at least one modern frontend framework: React, Vue.js, Angular
• Professional experience with at least one backend language/framework: Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, Similar
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Relational database design
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of software architecture and clean-code principles
• Proficiency with Git
• Experience with collaborative development workflows, including pull requests and branching strategies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Strong english proficiency (C1)
• TypeScript across frontend and backend: Next.js
• AWS, GCP, or Azure
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Redis
