Summary
LOGS Legal Group LLP is a leader in creditors’ rights law with nearly 50 years of legal expertise and a technology-driven approach to legal services. The Associate Attorney will represent financial institutions across foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, litigation, and related matters while drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and collaborating with attorneys and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
- Attend court hearings in person and virtually
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
- Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
Skills
- • Licensed in North Carolina
- • 0-4 years of experience (all qualified applicants considered)
- • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
- • Tech-forward mindset
- • Location: Office in Charlotte, NC Remote/Hybrid options available (Hybrid: option to work partially remote and partially from Charlotte office)
- • Travel: Local court-related travel required
- • Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- • Ability to remain focused for extended periods
- • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
- • Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
- • Ability to multi-task
- • Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or Collections experience preferred
- • Candidates with multi-state licensure, admission to practice in Federal/Bankruptcy Court and/or Collections experience a plus
