Summary
CGI is a global IT and business consulting services firm seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead IT-driven business change. The role involves building change management deliverables, contributing to transformational change workstreams, collaborating with IT program and project managers, and supporting measurable business results through change strategy, measurement, risk management, and quality management.
Responsibilities
- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business ready standard
- Work with colleagues to build the Transformational Change capability
- Contribute to one or more change workstreams for IT Program and Project Managers
- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of client's business
Skills
- . 3+ years Change Management experience
- . Knowledge of delivering technology led change and technology adoption
- . Knowledge of Agile IT project delivery
- . Understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery
