• At least 3 years of professional experience with Rust, including testing tools like cargo test and property-based testing
• Proficiency with Rust tooling (Cargo, Clippy, rustfmt), code review, quality analysis, and CI/CD integration
• Experience with AI solutions, LLMs, or test automation in Rust
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to complex guidelines, and work independently in a remote setting
