Responsibilities
- Ship features and improve existing workflows across web and backend systems
- Write clean, scalable code and contribute to system architecture decisions
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Participate in code reviews, team rituals, and planning discussions
- Solve complex problems related to data pipelines and user experience for enterprise clients
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production software in collaborative environments
- Proficiency in modern web development languages or frameworks, with ability to work across the stack or specialize
- Strong communication, collaboration, and autonomous work skills
- Pragmatic approach focused on outcomes over tools
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with compensation, HR tech, or SaaS products
- Interest in data-driven products, AI, or ML infrastructure
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Backend: Django, Python
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, GraphQL
- Infrastructure: AWS
- Other Tools: vLLM, Linear, Slack, Notion, Metabase
