Job description

Summary

Mass General Brigham is a not-for-profit integrated healthcare organization focused on patient care, research, teaching, and community service. The Product Manager will define strategy, manage launches and release cycles for the Business Solutions portfolio, and lead digital product management across MarTech and SalesTech platforms. The role will translate business and customer needs into prioritized capabilities while coordinating business, technology, Digital, and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and execute product strategy for Information Technology/Digital solutions
  • Understand in depth the relevant Digital markets, competition, and user requirements. Work with users to identify high-value opportunities
  • Lead product design and development for innovative solutions
  • Work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure, and high-performance computing experts, and business development in cross-functional teams on cutting-edge technologies
  • Adhere to and support a quality management framework

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties required
  • Demonstrated experience in digital product management, product ownership, or a related discipline
  • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
  • Strong experience working with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes
  • Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, integrations, workflows, and modern product development practices
  • Excellent understanding of the industry landscape (competitors and partners)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and customers
  • Proficiency in conflict management, negotiation, and presentation/demonstration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent team and relationship-building abilities, with both internal and external parties (engineers, business stakeholders, partners, etc.)
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain keen attention to detail
  • This is a Monday-Friday role with standard business hours (in Eastern time)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Experience Manager, Wrike, Azure DevOps, and/or SAFe is a plus
  • MarTech or SalesTech product experience is a plus
  • Experience with AI-native product practices or AI-enabled digital solutions is a plus
  • This is a remote role that can be done from most US states with a strong preference for local candidates who could attend occassional in-person meetings
