Medline is a healthcare solutions company seeking an MBA Intern in Product Management for a 12-week summer internship. The intern will analyze customer, market, product, and business data; develop recommendations; support strategic initiatives; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer, market, product, and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Deliver a meaningful project that influences product strategy, portfolio decisions, commercialization, or business performance
- Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
- Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
Skills
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree
- 3+ years of professional business experience in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions
- Preferred negotiation experience
