Summary

The MBA Intern will support Strategic Operations and AI initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, developing recommendations, and presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-impact project that advances innovation, operational effectiveness, or business performance
- Translate business, technology, and customer insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
- Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
Skills
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree
- 3+ years of professional business experience with Information Technology, AI, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community
- & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree
- 3+ years of professional business experience with Information Technology, AI, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community
- & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions
