Summary
Medline is a healthcare solutions company seeking an MBA Intern to support its Human Resources organization during a 12-week summer program. The intern will analyze workforce data, conduct research, develop recommendations, support strategic initiatives, collaborate across business functions, and present findings to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Identify meaningful workforce insights and translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Conduct competitive benchmarking or market research to inform internal strategy and drive business decision-making
- Deliver a high-impact project that influences HR or business decision-making
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
- Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
Skills
- Currently pursuing an MBA Degree
- 3+ years of professional business experience in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions
- Preferred negotiation experience

- Currently pursuing an MBA Degree
- 3+ years of professional business experience in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
