Job description

Summary

MultiCare Health System is a healthcare organization focused on caring for patients, families, and communities. The Workforce Analytics Consultant develops and delivers workforce analytics, scorecards, dashboards, and reports, including real-time and forecasted data, to support human capital management, workforce planning, and business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • The Workforce Analytics Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, scorecards/dashboards or reports to assist the organization with decisions regarding human capital management
  • This position is responsible for delivering data, both real-time as well as forecasted data that will assist with workforce planning and driving business outcomes by using data to influence decisions
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in order to be successful in this position

Skills

  • Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in an analytical role
  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting and modeling
  • 1 (one) year of experience in Workday Adaptive
  • Master's degree
  • Experience with SQL, or similar language
  • Experience in Workforce Planning, Workforce Management, People Analytics or working with HR/organizational people data systems

Qualifications

Must Haves
