Responsibilities
- Optimize compensation processes and expand the technology footprint, enabling scalable solutions, and improving customer outcomes
- Contribute hands-on development, ensuring technical excellence
- Involvement with technical efforts across the team, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth initiatives
- Implement technical solutions, focusing on testing, and system integration while solving complex technical challenges
- Drive code quality through code reviews, best practices, and fostering a culture of maintainable, testable code
- Mentor software engineers, promoting growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Skills
- An Agile mindset with 2 or more years of experience, including technical leadership experience
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with MuleSoft
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with API development and system integration patterns
- Strong experience translating business requirements to technical solutions
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
- Experience with Java
