Summary
Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst II to ensure producers receive accurate and timely commission payments. The role handles compensation inquiries, processes and reconciles commission payments, maintains compensation records, analyzes programs, and improves compensation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist with questions about Compensation payments and processes
- Calculate and process commission payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
- Maintain and update compensation records, including rates, formulas, and program changes
- Review and reconcile commission accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Analyze compensation programs, suggest improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in compensation workflows
