Job description
Summary
Naturally Wired is a locally owned and leading technology integration company, serving the entire Kansas City metropolitan and surrounding areas since 1995. The Smart Home Technician will complete advanced installation, setup, and programming tasks for various technology systems including networking, audio, video, and security systems.
Responsibilities
- Proper handling and configuration of all devices, equipment, and other related components
- Daily client/customer interaction and communication
- Physical work with hands, arms, lifting, bending, ladders, stairs
- Full time position (typically Monday-Friday and 7:30am-4:30pm)
Skills
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Knowledge with iOS and/or Android
- Knowledge with Windows and/or MacOS
- Knowledge with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Other applicable needs as determined
- Experience preferred with one of the following: ELAN, Control4, Savant, Crestron, AMX, RTI, URC, Clare, Lutron, Vantage, Alarm.com, Total Connect, Z-Wave, Zigbee, or others
