Sr. Account Manager - Archimedes

Summary

Archimedes is a specialty drug management solutions company focused on transforming prescription drug benefits through alignment, value, transparency, and clinical management. The Sr. Account Manager supports a key channel relationship by managing client interactions, operational projects, member escalations, client requirements, and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry
• Proven experience successfully managing client relationships
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred
