Job description
Summary
NoGigiddy is a digital platform connecting gig workers and side hustlers with earning opportunities and financial tools. The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will manage affiliate and CPA network relationships, track campaign performance, support affiliate onboarding, and help optimize promotions and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners
- Track campaign performance metrics — clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI
- Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the creative assets and links they need
- Identify top-performing offers and flag underperformers for review
- Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks
- Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks
Skills
- No degree required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards
- Clear written communication — you'll interface with external partners regularly
- Self-starter who can prioritize independently without constant oversight
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts is a plus — but we'll train the right person
