Skills
- Qualified candidates must be based in the United States
- You take pride in your work: You care about the details, hold yourself to a high standard, and want to produce work you're proud to put in front of a client
- You're a self-directed learner and problem solver: We provide training and support, but we expect you to take ownership of learning. You should be comfortable researching problems, reading platform documentation, completing certifications, learning new tools, and making a real effort to find solutions independently
- You retain and apply what you learn: Training should make you increasingly capable and independent. You can take what you've learned and apply it to new situations and challenges
- You're exceptionally organized: You'll manage multiple clients, publishers, projects, meetings, deadlines, and priorities. You should be someone others can depend on to know what's happening, what needs to happen next, and when it's due
- You're confident with clients: You communicate clearly, come to meetings prepared, explain performance and recommendations confidently, and can navigate challenging conversations professionally
- You're a strategic thinker: You don't just ask, “What do I need to do?” You think about what we're trying to accomplish, why we're doing it, and whether there's a better approach
- You want to grow: You're motivated to develop your skills, take on greater responsibility, and build a career—not simply find your next job
- • Hands-on experience managing ecommerce affiliate programs
- • Hands-on working experience with Impact, AvantLink, and Rakuten Advertising
- • Experience with publisher recruitment, optimization, reporting, offers, commissions, links, and promotional activity
- • Client-facing experience and confidence communicating directly with clients
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment
