Summary
Numina is a mission-driven company focused on making communities safer, healthier, and more equitable through innovative technology. The Operations & Strategy Manager will support the CEO and executive team by managing strategic initiatives and optimizing team operations to advance business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as an extension of the CEO on strategic projects — to ideate, vet, research, advocate for or against, prototype, and otherwise manage any Growth or Product projects that may advance Numina’s mission to make streets more walkable, bikeable, and equitable. Lead on stakeholder management, serve as a connector within the organization, and drive key projects to operational maturity
- Prepare and occasionally deliver executive materials and presentations. Meet with external parties, alongside or instead of company leaders such as the CEO, to represent Numina’s value, capabilities, product, and interests to potential and existing partners
- Oversee internal and external communications, as needed
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identifying and solving for gaps and inefficiencies
- Work with high-priority customers to ensure successful project execution, with a focus on our work that intersects with frontline communities
- Identify interventions, and design systems to validate and scale solutions that work
- Advise leadership on best practices for climate technology companies to engage with frontline communities, resulting in a capstone project that can be shared internally and externally
- Project operations - ensure that all project reporting and invoicing is streamlined as we execute against grants and other funded projects
- Team operations - be a team & culture champion, celebrate team wins, lead all-hands meetings, and ensure Numina is upholding our values though every layer of our operations. Our values live at numina.co/our-values
- Sales operations - learn our existing sales processes and make recommendations for further efficiencies as we scale
