Java React Developer

Summary

OVA.Work is seeking a skilled Java React Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will work with Java on the backend and React.js on the frontend, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java and React
• Build scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
• Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best development practices
• Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Maintain application security, scalability, and performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Strong experience with Java 8/11/17
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC
• Experience developing REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design
• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Spring Security
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience using Redis or other caching technologies
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus
