Job description

Summary

Panduit is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support product strategy and the full product lifecycle of a global product portfolio. The role focuses on analyzing portfolio performance, improving profitability, supporting product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Strategy and Business Growth by partnering with Product Managers to execute portfolio strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage Product Lifecycle Activities including product launches, portfolio optimization, product enhancements, and end-of-life planning
  • Analyze Portfolio Performance by evaluating sales, profitability, pricing, inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve business results
  • Drive Portfolio Optimization by identifying SKU rationalization, product mix, and margin improvement opportunities that enhance portfolio performance and operational efficiency
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, distributors, and contract manufacturing partners to execute product initiatives and support customer needs
  • Support Commercial Excellence through pricing, forecasting, distributor programs, inventory planning, and business analysis
  • Deliver Market and Customer Insights by evaluating customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activity to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Support New Product Introductions by partnering with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and commercialize new products

Skills

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
  • **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related business, engineering, or analytical role
  • Experience supporting products throughout the product lifecycle, including portfolio management, product launches, commercialization, or new product introduction activities
  • Experience analyzing product performance, profitability, pricing, forecasting, or market data to support business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
  • **Travel**: Up to 10% travel for customer visits, industry events, and facility visits
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Experience in manufacturing, connectivity, networking, cabling, infrastructure, or related industries preferred
  • Experience with SKU management, distributor relationships, contract manufacturing, or product development processes preferred
