Job description

Summary

Pantheon Data is seeking a Program Management Specialist to provide Integrated Logistics Management support to the U.S. Coast Guard. The role focuses on maintaining the Logistics Master Schedule, developing and reviewing ILS documentation, and ensuring logistics activities comply with current USCG policies and directives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Integrated Logistics Management support to the USCG
  • Develop, manage, update, and maintain the Logistics Master Schedule (LMS)
  • Develop, draft, and review foundational ILS program documents
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance with current USCG logistics policies and directives

Skills

  • Acquisition or Integrated Logistics Support experience or familiarity
  • Experience developing and maintaining ILS documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Project (project scheduling software)
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust prior to hire and maintain during employment is required
