Summary
ParallelDots is seeking a technically skilled Data Analyst who can drive AI model training initiatives and manage project-related workflows. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with project management skills to oversee model development, track progress, and ensure high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support model training and validation
- Initiate, configure, and monitor AI model training pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and project teams to define and refine training objectives
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for AI model training workflows
- Evaluate model performance metrics, create comprehensive reports, and recommend optimization strategies
- Maintain data documentation, training logs, and compliance records
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance data preprocessing and model training efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics project management
- Understanding of model evaluation techniques and data pipeline orchestration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
